Yesterday, Michelle, Riley, and about 25 family and friends all lent their muscles, hands, and time to help them move. Not far, fortunately, because they are still in the same ward; Centennial. They had been living in a nice place on a quiet road in downtown Mesa. Now, they are in a bit nicer place on a bit busier street. Now, with 3 bedroon, Riley and Michelle don't know quite what to fill it all up with. They do know that one special room will be dedicated to a special little someone coming to their family in early March of 2009. This was a major reason for the move.
The move was a kind of a 'leap of faith' in some respects because, while they are still renting, the cost will be slightly higher than their previous place of residence.
For now, there are boxes scattered across the floor in nearly every room of the house. Not for long, however. One by one, the boxes will be opened and find a home somewhere in the house, or somewhere in the garbage. Both Riley and Michelle were excited for the move. Riley's dad, Steve was able to lend a big hand in helping with the move, having flown down from Utah that very morning. However, his main purpose in coming down was to assist in the blessing of his grand-daughter, Chloe. Riley's mother also lent a big hand in helping to clean their apartment.
